New municipality

The Training Center for teaching of municipality employees and forming their professional competence was created based on NGO Mariupol Development Fund. The educational program is elaborated on the best practices of democratic countries. Each participant will receive necessary knowledge and skills that enable to perform tasks effectively in favour of Mariupol citizens.

Vestibule training of new generation of officials will form the basis of the "New municipality" program, directed at implementation and successful realization of local authorities administrative reforms. The project involves the creation of new Mariupol executive apparatus - effective team of reformers who honest, responsible, professionally working for community, fighting against corruption, eradicating larceny and extortion at the local authority.

Openness and transparency is a fundamental principle of the new management team called to serve people and their interests.

The project includes the launch of educational projects for the new generation of officials, reforming the district administrations, the introduction of iGov system and opening of a modern Centre for providing administrative services.

At any convenient time for visitors this center provides administrative services: registration of passports, registration of residence, business, real estate, land, construction services, and social services administration.

A pilot project in the realization of anti-corruption reforms has been the introduction of electronic system of government procurement Prozzoro in Mariupol. Now, anyone can control the process of public tenders and auctions. This is an open authority in action.
