Landscaping of the first “Comfortable House Yards” for condominiums is going to the finish line. Yards on Mira av., 103, Bahchivandzhi str., 22,14,20, Gondy str., 48, 24th Quarter, 19, Metallurgov av. 21,25, Nielsen str., 64 and other addresses are transformed before our eyes.

The project of the NGO Mariupol Development Fund "Comfortable House Yard" has already been called unique for Ukraine. Bright children's playgrounds, beautiful pavilions and benches with sunshades, landscaped walkways and parking. Everything serves for convenience of the kids and adults.

To keep all this beauty and to protect against theft and vandalism “Comfortable House Yards” will be connected to the citywide video surveillance system. This initiative of the General Director of the NGO Mariupol Development Fund Gennady Semenihin was supported by the Mayor's office and the police.
