What is a culture of driving and communicating with passengers? How should behave drivers and conductors of Mariupol trams, trolley buses and municipal buses? What personal qualities should they have? Let answer these questions together.

We are looking for eighteen Mariupol citizens, students or employed, who everyday use the services of municipal transport, and most importantly, potential participants are ready to take part in a focus group.

The goal is to develop a set of rules required of all employees of Mariupol tram and trolleybus management. The set will be related to the culture of behavior, driving, operation and maintenance of transport.
