A team of the Center for Assessment of competencieswill be built in Mariupol. It is a new direction in the activities ofmunicipality of Mariupol which covers the best practices in development of theofficers’ potential.

 

Now 15 specialists are already completing a trainingin mastering the methods of personnel assessment and identifying the strengthsof the municipality's officers. They can be involved in the implementation thecity development strategy and improving the quality of life of every Mariupolresident.

 

The team includes employees of local authority bodiesand the Regional Center for Education and Development. Everyone has aconsiderable experience in all kinds of trainings, educational programs andcoaching.

 

Natalia Sushko, the leading expert in the field ofassessment and managing partner of the company HRT shares the new experiencetor Mariupol team.

 

First, the Сenter will test education workers. Based on theevaluation results, a special training and development program will bedeveloped for teachers.

 

The initiative"Become a new civil servant of Mariupol" is implemented within theframework of the project "Ukraine Confidence Building Initiative"(UCBI II) with the financial support of the United States Agency forInternational Development (USAID).
