Employees of the front offices are learning to work with aggressive clients
Today a two-daytraining “Friendly front office” for the staff of communal and social services islaunched at the NGO “Mariupol development fund”. Over 20 participants teach thetheory of emotional control with the couch-trainer Yulia Pavlova. They aremanaged to work on a daily basis with clients.
The heavy training programme consists more than 40different training blocks. Participants will benefit from the methods of arttherapy and respiratory gymnastics that will help to cope with stress,professional burnout and professional deformation in addition to lectures,brainstorming and interactive games.
During the training, front-office staff will receive aset of tools that allow them to respond to conflict situations and work withaggressive clients.
