Today in thepremises of NGO “Mariupol development fund” has started a training formobilization of communities and project management in the frame of the program“Active citizens” of the British Council to Ukraine, which is implemented byNGO “Mariupol Youth Union”. The training program is conducted for the committeesof self-organization of population.

 

Within three days,active citizens have to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of creativity inorder to learn knowledge and master skills in preparing projects forparticipation in the programs of the British Council.

 

Any project beginswith the dialogue process. Therefore, first of all participants will learn howto build the effective communication.

 

"A world inwhich people have the opportunity to interact peacefully and effectively witheach other reaching sustainable development of their communities”, this projectgoal was defined by the coaches Lydia Chaikovskaya and Daria Markovich.

 

25 representatives ofthe Committees take part in the trainingcourse. Earlier Mariupol teens have been trained in the frame of the programme BritishCouncil to Ukraine. The result is impressive - for six months they managed toprepare and implement 60 mini-projects on a social topic.
