The State is going to encourage the creation of new jobs and is ready to reimburse Condominiums expenditures on wages for employed privileged persons and IDPs.

This issue was discussed during the meeting of the experts of the Mariupol city employment center with the Chairmen of the newly created condominiums (OSMDs) on the platform of the Mariupol Development Fund.

Since the beginning of the year, in Mariupol 60 employers were entitled to monthly compensation of the state single social contribution for employment specialists of the privileged category and 100% compensation for labor costs for each employed immigrant, registered as unemployed.

The financial support from the state is available to employers on a monthly basis for six months. If the forced immigrant refers to the privileged category, the subsidy may be extended for a period of up to one year.

Among the beneficiaries are: the parents with the children up to 6 years old, the parents who bring up a child without one of the spouses under the age of 14 or a disabled child. Orphans and the children deprived of parental care, graduates of colleges and universities, citizens approaching the retirement age also have some preferences for employment.

"The financial support program works, no delay in payments. The only condition is the amount of compensation per employee may not exceed the regional average wage level. It is about 5 thousand hryvnias, "- the experts of the Mariupol city employment center say.
