Mentor's program for entrepreneurs will help develop business

From March 1sta 5-month program of support and development of entrepreneurship in Mariupol,Kramatorsk and Severodonetsk will be launched. The project was initiated by the"Free People Employment Center" in partnership with NGO “East SOS”and “Halabuda”.
A Mentor’s programunites people who have recentlyconducted a business to share experiences and jointly develop entrepreneurshipin the Donetsk Oblast. It will also help those who have equipment or goods, butdo not have enough knowledge to achieve a stable profit.
The program is implemented withinthe framework of the project "Ukraine Confidence Building Initiative"(UCBI II) with the financial support of the United States Agency forInternational Development (USAID).
The main goal of the project isdevelopment of entrepreneurial culture. Participants will be provided bysupport like trainings and consultations from owners of successful businesses,who started from point zero, from an idea. The mentors of the project are“Veterano Coffee” (Kyiv), “Regata Club” (Kyiv), beauty salon “Nicol”(Kramatorsk), and confectionary factory “La Torte” (Mariupol).
Each program isdesigned for 4 days of trainings, including 2 days of theory and 2 practices,as well as 4 months of consultations. At the end of the project, theparticipants will go with a fact-finding visit to the location of their mentorto better understand how business processes are built in a successfulenterprise.
