“Centre of Assistance” Opened in Mariupol

The citizens of Mariupol themselves told about the necessity of creating of such a structure, because they are concerned about a number of problematic issues regards reforming of housing and communal services. A new service department will help active citizens to establish condominiums: “Transformation of the field is inevitable but we want the conversion towards condominium will be comfortable”.

“First we need to help those people who are ready to move towards a new form of property management” – the executive director of Mariupol development fund Lomakina Tatyana said. Today, on February 10th , a number of meetings with deputies of the City Council, committees of population’s self-organization as well as district administrations have been conducted. Soon, during the trainings, they will learn a legislative framework and the best practices for the condominium establishment; they will consider the features of its functioning in every district. “Centre of assistance” works in the «Mariupol development fund”. Lawyers, economists and project managers from the non-governmental organization and the development department of housing and utilities infrastructure of the city will enter in its structure.

The hotline is open. Phoning it, the citizens are able to consult on the issues of condominium establishment, to get an assistance in registration of necessary documents, recommendations for sustainable working of condominiums and so on.
