Today, the hundredth anniversary OSMD (Condominium of co-owners of multi-apartment houses) was registered in Mariupol. The residents of the nine-storeyed house received the right to manage their housing themselves on Kuprin, str., 27.

The new condominium united the owners of 36 apartments and was called "Happy Together!" This is not accidental. The residents believe that only together they will be able to solve their housing problems effectively, to landscape the house territory, and, as a result, to create comfortable and safe living conditions.

The initiator of transferring to a new form of housing management was Stanislav Koval. He became the chairperson of the condominium.

We remind that the active informative campaign on condominium creation in Mariupol began with the opening the "Assistance Center" on the platform of the NGO Mariupol Development Fund. 27 condominiums were founded from the beginning of the year.
