In the frameof the project “Ukraine Confidence Building Initiative” (UCBI II), a call forservices procurement of methodologies and competency assessment tools foremployees and candidates of local self-governing bodies was announced.

“UkraineConfidence Building Initiative” (UCBI II) is a project of U.S. Agency forInternational Development, which is implemented by ChemonicsInternational Inc.

The aim ofthe project is to support Ukraine in transitional period. During theimplementation of the project, it is necessary to carry out a tender procedure concerningthe procurement of services on methodology development and competencyassessment tools for employees of local self-governing bodies.
