All-Ukrainian competition for the best educational projects were summarized. The Forum was conducted in the frame of «The year of Adult Education in Europe» and gathered more than 100 participants from different parts of the country 20 of which had claimed the victory.

Katerina Barabolya, the trainer and project manager of the Regional Centre of education and development on the platform of NGO Mariupol Development Fund presented the project «Municipal school» which NGO MDF implemented together with Mariupol local authorities to the wide audience.

 

Representatives of the Forum admitted a comprehensive approach and best practices of the NGO MDF. As a result, the project «Municipal school» became the winner in the nomination «The best educational project on development of local communities».

 

It bears reminding that the project started in summer 2016 in Mariupol. More than 100 students, graduates, civil activists and young personnel of Mariupol municipality took part in the project. The educational project «Municipal school» was supported by United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
